These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
